Distance Training - Spring 2025 10K

Our 10k distance training is designed to help you set smart goals and have a plan to meet them. We invite you to be a part of our awesome Spokane running community this spring, find new training buddies, develop grit, and exceed your own expectations!

- Group training every week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings with dedicated coaches and mentors.

- Participants receive their own copy of the training program.

- We're partnering with The Split 10k on April 13.

- Our training plan is 7 weeks long with an additional 3 weeks with the Bloomsday add-on option.

- We welcome runners in our Spokane community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
