2022-2023 Winter Warriors
Who's ready to work on their Winter Bod?!? Do you need some accountability to keep you moving through the winter months? Our Winter Warrior training program might be just what you need. This program is focused on strength, flexibility and building base miles. We will spend 8 weeks through December and January getting you ready to start training for Spring races feeling like a rock star. If you are planning to train for a Full or Half Marathon this Spring, you definitely need to join us!
We will host two group workouts AND a yoga each week. Tuesday nights we will be in the studio at the Wellness Collective working on strength and mobility - to make sure our bodies move they way they are designed to move. We'll be in the great outdoors on Saturday mornings for a group run/walk. Sundays, we'll meet at the store for some recovery yoga to help loosen up any tight muscles and improve balance. There is no speed work in this program. It is 100% focused on building a solid foundation for ALL levels of runners and walkers.
Program dates: December 6 - February 4
Group Training: Tuesdays 5:45 or 6:15 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am
