2022 Full Marathon Training

You can do 26.2! This Full Marathon Training Program is a 16-week program designed to prepare experienced runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned marathoners meet a new performance goal.  The program includes a training plan designed by a certified running coach, group runs twice weekly, advice from a certified personal trainer, cool swag, and more!   Each participant should be able to run or run/walk 8 miles (at any pace) before starting this program.
