Malta Yoga for Runners

This weekly program starting at the beginning of the year, is designed to introduce runners to the injury-prevention and performance-enhancing joys associated with the consistent pursuit of yoga. Classes will take place at the Albany & Malta locations.

Please be sure to submit your medical waiver to your coach before or at your first workout. You will not be able to begin your training without your medical waiver.
