Whether you run, walk, or simply need advice and motivation to lead an active lifestyle, our experts can help.
Our training programs throughout the year at the Beginner 5K, Advanced 5K/10K, and Half & Full Marathon levels prepare you to complete your goal race while supporting you along the way with a coach and group members who share your interest. You will benefit from coached group workouts, a weekly training schedule, education clinics, a one-time 15% discount coupon to use at your convenience in our store and a 1-year Fleet Feet Running Club membership that provides additional group runs and club perks.
In addition to our training programs, we offer regular group runs from our stores and other locations in the Capital Region. You can participate in these Fleet Feet Running Club events for a nominal annual fee, which includes two weekly runs in the Albany area and two further north near Malta/Saratoga, a racing singlet (shirt), weekly newsletter with event announcements, private Facebook group, two in-store shopping events each year, complimentary gear check at our tent at races we attend, and the benefit of running with friends!
