Spice up your workouts + become a more efficient runner by incorporating our Wednesday night Speed Program into your regular running routine. This 9-week program brings together a wide range of athletes + runners with various interval workouts based on your RPE (rate of perceived exertion) covering an average distance of 3 miles per workout. What better way to add speed work into your training than with group track workouts, pushing you out of your comfort zone + teaching you how to become a quicker, stronger runner?


Summer Speed Training Start: Tuesday, May 31st @ 6 pm

  • 9-week Tuesday evening workouts cycling between high school tracks and local parks on both the east and west sides of Cleveland
  • Each workout is specifically designed to improve runner threshold speed and cardiovascular efficiency in a progressive nature
  • Goal Race: The Guardian Mile on July 23rd across the Hope Memorial Bridge


  • Each participant will receive a Fleet Feet Running Club tech shirt
  • Each participant will receive a Fleet Feet Running Club gift certificate for Fleet Feet Cleveland stores.
