Are you looking for an activity to keep you moving through the winter months?  Our Winter Warrior training program is focused on building strength and base miles.  We will spend 8 weeks through December and January getting you ready to start training for Spring races feeling like a rock star.  If you are planning to train for a Full or Half Marathon this Spring, you definitely need to join us!

We will host two group workouts per week.  Tuesday nights we will be in the studio at the Wellness Collective working on strength training and then we'll be in the great outdoors on Saturday mornings for a group run/walk.  This program offers time based workouts for ALL levels or runners and walkers.   

Program dates:  November 30-January 29

Group Training: Tuesdays 6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am     

Program Fee: $90
