Our Fall Endurance Training Program Hybrid Edition is perfect for runners looking to build on their base mileage or those who are focusing on a fall half marathon or full marathon goal race (virtual or real!). The program is flexible allowing for the option of some small group interaction while providing aspects of virtual training. You can tailor your training to your comfort level, choosing the distance as well as the ability - Finish, Improve & Perform.

The program includes weekly training schedule, Zoom meetings featuring different running-related topics presented by professionals in the industry, full access to coaches via email and text, motivation of a group, a mix of virtual and "live" group interaction, and more!
