2020 Intro to Rock Running

Six week introductory trail series designed to get runners familiar with local trails and become "rock runners." Group sessions include trail safety, methods to help avoid injury, tips on how to stretch and recover from sore muscles, and hydration. Each week we will cover trail etiquette and lingo, too.  Trail shoe demo event to be scheduled.  All participants will receive 10% off all in-store purchases throughout duration of program.

Our final trail run will be a celebration event with snacks, refreshments, raffles and more!
