Fleet Feet Trail
The Fleet Feet Trail Program is designed to help you learn to tackle the trails! We will cover technique, training principles and more in our comprehensive training program. Our goal race is the Squirrelly Tail Twail Wun Half Marathon, but you can use the program to help gear up for future events as well. Training will take place Saturdays at 9 a.m. and includes access to our workouts on Tuesday evenings at City Island at 6 p.m.
