2018 Fall Half Marathon Training Program

The 10-week half marathon training program prepares runners for their first endurance event and will help seasoned racers meet a new performance goal. Get ready to be trained, educated, and moved to successfully and comfortably cross the 13.1 mile finish line. Training will start with a distance of 3-4 miles and build up over the course of the program. Make sure you have a solid 3-4 month foundation of 3 to 4 miles, 3 to 4 times a week prior to the start of the training program. Goal race is the Delaware Canal Half Marathon in Washington Crossing, PA on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Program fee includes bus transportation and post-race picnic at race site. Race registration is separate.
