2018 Baker's Dozen Half Marathon Training Program

10-week half marathon program with goal race of Montclair Bread Company's Baker's Dozen 13.1 (Sunday, March 25, 2018). Maximum participants - 75. Program is good for beginners and for those who are looking to improve their race times. Runners must be currently running 3-4 miles consistently 3-4 x's weekly. Due to course closures/restrictions, runners must be able to run a 14 minute/mile or faster.

Please note that goal race is not mandatory!  Race registration is not included in training registration; however, a discounted race registration code will be provided to training participants mid-way through training program.  Race entry is guaranteed to class participants.
