Don't let the name scare you off. If you can comfortably complete a 3-mile run, then our SpeedPlay training program is for you!

This 6-session training program is a great way to stay race-ready, mix up your weekly running miles and still prep for fall race season. By incorporating speedwork into your training, you'll become a more well-rounded runner.

 Summer Speed Details: Training starts Monday, August 14th! There will be two sessions each Monday: An East Side and a West Side option (you can attend whichever is better for you). Both will start at 6:30 - locations TBD.

 These workouts are designed for Towpath Half and Full marathon training, but will benefit any runner!
