Fleet Feet Cleveland Spring Speed 2017

Don't let the name scare you off. If you can comfortably complete a 3-mile run, then our SpeedPlay training program is for you. This 6-session training program is a great way to stay race ready, mix up your weekly running miles and still prep for fall race season. By incorporating speedwork into your training, you'll become a more well-rounded runner.

Spring Speed Details:

Training starts March 30th 6:30PM

East Side (Hawken Lower School) 6:30PM - West Side (Lakewood Park)

Workouts designed for half and full marathon training but will benefit any runner! Goal Race - Cleveland Half & Full Marathon
