By signing above, I know that participating in a fitness event is a potentially hazardous activity. I would not enter and race unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to my ability to safely complete this run. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, heat and humidity, traffic and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone for whom I am entitled to act, waive, release and will hold harmless K&E Sports, Fleet Feet Sports Winston-Salem, Fleet Feet Sports Greensboro/High Point, New Balance Winston-Salem, City of Winston-Salem, City of Kernersville, Ivey M. Redmon Park, Mount Tabor High School, Forsyth County Schools, Mount Tabor Cross Country, and all other sponsors, and all event employees, officers, directors, and volunteers working for those entities from all claims and liabilities of any kind, including claims negligence, arising out of or related to my participation in this event. I understand that I may not wear headphones or use or participate in the event with a pet, baby jogger, skates, bicycle, or any other form of mobile assistance.

NO REFUNDS Race registrations may not be transferred to another person. Race registrations may not be transferred to another race. I understand that if the race is cancelled because of circumstances beyond the control of the race committee and sponsors, including but not limited to hazardous weather conditions or government ban, my entry fee will not be refunded and that there is no inclement weather make up date for this event.
