I know that running and walking are potentially hazardous activities. I agree not to participate in this running, walking class (Fleet Feet Menlo Park class) unless I am medically able. I assume all risks associated with running or walking, but not limited to falls, the condition of the course and road, traffic, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather including heat, humidity, cold and rain. All such risks are known and understood by me. I, the undersigned, hereby waive and release Fleet Feet Sports and anyone acting on their behalf from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Fleet Feet Sports Training Program, its related events and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury or death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately; and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fleet Feet Sports Menlo Park and Fleet Feet Sports, Inc., their agents, employees, coaches, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, the City of Menlo Park, City of Portola Valley, City of San Mateo, City of Palo Alto, City of Woodside, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors ("Releasees"), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I attest that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the Fleet Feet Sports Training Program, and my medical care provider has approved my participation. Further, I hereby release, consent to, and authorize, in advance, any such use of my name, photograph, voice or likeness by the foregoing parties in any manner they deem appropriate and necessary without remuneration to me. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.

I agree to follow the rules. I promise to be nice to my coaches. I will do my best to follow turn by turns and not get lost. I will always try to have a good attitude and have the maximum amount of fun. I will never blame Lisa or David for problems of my own creation.

We can not issue refunds for the race entry/parking package. Refunds for the training class can be issued up until November 30. The race entry and park entry package is $350; the class is $100. I promise I understand this.
