Run Your First 5K Fall No Boundaries Class

This is a training class for beginning runners--or runners who haven't run in a while.

We'll start with a distance of 1 mile, at your own pace. We'll build endurance, increasing by no more than 10 percent a week, to train for the race distance of 3.1 miles.

Our goal race is the Ghost Run 5K in Menlo Park on October 31. (Race fees are not included in the class fee.) We'll meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. for training runs.
