Fall 2026 Distance Training - Tri-Cities - 10k/Half Marathon Presented by ASICS

Training is easier (and more fun) with friends! With Fleet Feet’s Distance Training Program presented by ASICS, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Distance training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our training plan you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn, and improve together with plenty of support along the way. We invite you to be a part of our awesome Tri-Cities running community and exceed your own expectations!

PROGRAM DETAILS

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • 12 weeks of training with our expert coaches
  • In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
  • Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
  • 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
  • Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
  • Coaching support in person and via email to answer your questions along the way.

DATES

  • Starts: Wednesday, August 12

  • Program Length: 12 weeks

  • We're preparing for the Dia de los Muertos 10k and Half Marathon.

WORKOUT SCHEDULE/STRUCTURE

  • Wednesday Evenings at 6:00 pm: Group Workouts
  • Saturday Mornings at 8:30 am: Group Long Runs
  • Location: Meeting locations will be at the Fleet Feet Richland. 

We welcome runners in our Tri-Cities community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
