Ignite! 2025 Fall Session - Bonney Lake
Our 5k training is designed with the beginner runner in mind. Our goal is to build your confidence by providing an approachable training plan, regular dialogue with a coach and strategies to help you run smarter and grow to enjoy the amazing sport of running. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Meet others that share similar goals
- Hold yourself accountable to a training plan that fits your individual needs
- Gear up with exclusive in-store discounts for the duration of the session.
Your coach and mentors are ready to meet you where you're at and build you up to achieve your running goals!

- Starts: First group practice is Tuesday, October 7 at 6:00 pm
- Program Length: 8 weeks
DETAILS
- Objective Distance: We're preparing for the Gobble Gobble 5k on Thanksgiving Morning. We welcome runners in our Puget Sound community training for other races and are happy to adjust your plan to meet your goals.
- Experience Level: Training plans will be geared towards two different race-day goals:
- Interval to Finish (Walk/Run to the finish line)
- Run to Finish (Steady pace to the finish line)
- Connect: Our Ignite! Training Facebook Group is a great way to share photos and connect with the other runners outside of meetup times.
- Price: $49 + tax and processing fees

Have you ever wondered the following? "My feet are wide and flat and there is just no good shoe for me in this world." That exact thought is what brought me to Fleet Feet in 2024. After getting scanned and properly fit for shoes, my feet have never been happier.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me playing tennis, badminton, or pickleball or trying to keep up with my two Australian Shepherds, Haru and Yuki. They’re a big part of what got me into running and strength training. I want a strong, healthy body so I can keep doing what I love. The combination of truly understanding my feet and wearing shoes designed for me has been a game changer.
My goal is simple: to stay strong and healthy. But I know that looks different for every person. I’d love to hear about your goals and support you as you chase them, whatever shape they take.
