2024 Fleet Feet Half Marathon Training: Spring

The Spring 2024 Half Marathon Training Program is a 10-week program that meets two times a week and is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes looking for a new PR, this program can truly be adapted to anyone's needs at any level. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing, and running autonomy. This Spring 2024 season will be geared towards the Indy Mini half marathon. The Half Marathon Traing  group will provide motivation to help you cross the finish line on May 4, 2024. Training begins 2/27/24. You'll receive a training program, 2 group workouts per week, a tech training shirt , a special closed group facebook page , weekly email newsletter and motivation from our coaches and other members like you. There will also be a Fleet Feet Group Tent at the Indy Mini Runners Village for Group Celebration after you cross the finish line on the day of the race.
