The Big Run Training Program

This is not an active group.
This is perfect for runners who desire to improve their 5k, complete their first 5k, and increase their knowledge and love of running. A variety of training techniques will be incorporated in this 8-week program to help improve your speed, strength, and running economy. Your coach and mentors will work to carefully balance mileage and speed work to help you avoid injury and race your best! At the end of the 8 week training program, participants will have the opportunity to complete a 5k on the evening of Friday, June 9, 2023 - The Big Run presented by Brooks (more details to come!!).
