2021 Rudolph Run 5K Training

This 10-week training session for the 5K Rudolph Run will include training programs for 5K Beginners and for Advanced 5K Runners. Start your  5K running training with our No Boundaries program or focus your training to better your 5K conditioning with our Advanced 5K program.


No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. It is a nationally organized and recognized program, offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. While the focus is on beginners, all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. 


The Advanced 5K program is designed for people that are comfortable running the 5K distance and are ready to progress to a faster 5K race.  It is also designed to help the seasoned runner to strengthen their conditioning for the 5K distance and increase their knowledge and love of running. A variety of training techniques will be incorporated in this 10-week program to help improve your endurance base, speed,  and strength to help you race your best! 

KICKOFF October 12, 2021 at 7 pm at Fleet Feet Madison (181 Hughes Road)

FIRST GROUP MEETING: Oct 14, 2021 at 6 pm

SCHEDULE:  Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm at Fleet Feet Madison or other locations in Madison area

COST: $100 (excluding race fee)

GOAL RACE: Rudolph Run 5k, Huntsville December 18, 2021

- Training fee does not include race entry fee.

- Suggested Activity Level Prior to Start of Training -

        NOBO 5k- None. NOBO is a beginner program.

        Advanced 5k- Be able to run a 5k. Our first workouts will be 3 miles.

- We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.
