Fall 2021 5K/10K Training

Our Fall 2021 5K program is structured to help you cross the finish line, whether you've done it before or not. The 10K program is for participants who have completed a 5K and want to take the next step.

Both programs provide an 8-week training plan with walk and run options, a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving, while educational clinics will keep you informed.
