2021 Fall Half Marathon Training

Training starts August 3rd. This program will be excellent for everyone from those looking to tackle the half marathon distance for the first time or those looking to improve their previous best.  The program will meet twice per week and will include not only training runs, but also education on key topics like injury prevention, hydration, nutrition and equipment.   To be successful, participants should be able to currently complete 3 to 5 miles continuously running or utilizing a run / walk interval.

We've got a lot of Half Marathon this fall. The target race for this one is Run Ocean Isle Beach on 10/23, but the coach will gladly help you adapt to one of the the other 4 locally or even help you more than one.
