Spring 2021 Trail Training Program - 12 Mile

It's time to step away from the Zoom meetings and get some fresh air! Let's explore the amazing vistas and trails in our own backyard while we reach new heights.

Our 12-mile trail program targets runners and run/walkers who are currently comfortable completing a road 10k. Our exceptional coaching staff will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed/strength work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started on the trails or want to improve their time on trails over the next eight weeks.
