Keep moving through the winter months by joining the

Fleet Feet Winter Warrior 3 Month Training Challenge

This 3 month registration will include all 3 Winter Warrior Training Programs at a discounted rate.

These three month back to back programs are intended to help you reach your specific goals this winter. Train to gear up for a half marathon, to achieve your 5k goal pace or just to keep active and moving with a little run/walking over the winter. Our coaches and mentors will tailor this program for you! 

Enjoy a daily schedule of running/walking workouts to keep you active through the winter.

Participate in two group run/walk workouts per week. 

This program offers time based workouts for ALL levels or runners and walkers. 

 Workout time will be based of individual goals. 

                                                          3 month program dates: November 3-January 30

                                                      Group Training: Tuesdays 5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am     

                                                                            Program Fee: $120

 *November Winter Warrior Training Program - Coaches and mentors will be available for up to 1 hour group workouts.

*December Winter Warrior Training Program - Coaches and mentors will be available for up to 2 hour group workouts.

*January Winter Warrior Training Program- Coaches and mentors will be available for up to 3 hour group workouts. 

(workout times will be based on individual goals and may include walking, running or both)
