Five Weeks - 5K or 10K Virtual Training
The Summer 5K and 10K Virtual Training Program is here! We want to keep you moving toward your goals despite the craziness 2020 has presented. This is a 5 week program for 5k or 10K training. Most of this is base-building focused to get you ready for fall training!
Both programs offer a choice of run/walk intervals - you pick the one that makes the most sense for you. This is a great way to get back into the swing of things before our RNR Training kicks off August 15!
I will be hosting a weekly virtual coaching session via zoom on Wednesday evenings at 7pm to provide tips, answer questions or help you tweak the program to be sure it matches your current fitness level or running goals.
