2020 Summer 10K Training Program

This 10K (6.2 miles) training program is a shortened version of our standard program and is designed to get you back (or start you) into the routine of running/training again.  This program will start with lower mileage and build slowly to prep you for our Fall 10k or Fall Half Marathon program.  There is no specific goal race for this program.

Our 10K group will be training on Saturday mornings at 7 AM and Thursday evenings at 6:15 PM at Fleet Feet in Schererville for 8 weeks.

Program starts on Saturday, July 11th. Program Includes: *Training schedule *On site coaching from certified running coaches *Weekly coached group runs *biweekly training *Participant only, in store, merchandise discounts *Team support and encouragement  *Weekly educational clinics  *Emailed advice and support by certified coaches .
