2020 Spring No Boundaries 5K Training Program

MODIFIED PROGRAM FOR SPRING 2020!
Due to the current state of the world, our country, and Northwest Indiana, we're changing up this program up a bit... and making FREE*!
You will still get:

- a full 10-week schedule
- great support from our coach
- Private, group Facebook page for accountability and encouragement (plus finding friends for social distance runs)
- Discounts on a future 5k race (which race(s) will depend on how long the public health crisis lasts)


We want you to use this time to improve yourself.  Start a new healthy hobby, or to continue the habits you already have.  Our programs, even though we can't offer the options to meet together, are still an outstanding way to do that.  We want to support you in this venture and reward your decision, despite these trying times, by keep this program FREE* (normally $125).

Just for info... a normal program with us looks like this:
Join Fleet Feet, Motus Integrative Health, and Athletico Physical Therapy to walk or run your first 5K race. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way, we'll be providing you with motivation, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics. Program Includes: *10 week training schedule *On site coaching from certified running coaches *Weekly coached group runs (2 times a week) *Team support and encouragement *Top quality technical running shirt *Weekly educational clinics by coaches and doctors *Free injury screenings provided by sponsored doctors throughout program *Special, participant only, in store discounts *Post run snacks and refreshments after Saturday morning group run *Emailed advice and support by certified coaches Group training runs will be on Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm and on Saturday mornings at 9 am.
