2020 Spring 5k

Fleet Feet Longmeadow is excited to offer a 12 week, 5k training program for walkers and runners of all abilities! Training begins Saturday, March 7th and will aim for one of many local 5k races being offered late spring/early summer (including, but not limited to, the Girls on the Run 5k – May 31st, Outrun Hunger 5k – May 31st, and Fleet Feet’s Big Run 5 – June 3rd). All participants will receive a training program, weekly informational emails, store coupons, and a program t-shirt. All group training will be led by a coach(s). Additional educational opportunities on nutrition, hydration, stretching/massage, visibility, etc. will be offered. Training runs will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as Saturday mornings. One weekday group training session and the Saturday session are highly recommended. A second weekday group training session is optional.

Informational sessions will be held on Tuesday, February 25th and Thursday, March 5th at 6pm.  We will meet at the store (680 Bliss Road, Longmeadow, MA).
