Beginner Distance Development
Five week Course
Begins Wednesday, February 5: 7 pm - 8 pm
Two coached works each week
Wednesday nights and Saturday Mornings
This course is designed for runners who can comfortably finish 3 miles (running/walking or any combination) and are looking to expand their distance to the 10K or beyond, or are looking to learn how to leave those walking intervals behind. We will work on key strategies on how to improve your distance safely and progress toward your next goal race distance. Participants will receive a full training schedule for the five weeks and will have assigned workouts to do individually on the days we do not meet as a group.
