2020 Beginner Running Class

 

No Excuses Beginner Runner Class


Five week Course
Begins Wednesday, February 5: 7 pm - 8 pm
Two coached works each week
Wednesday nights and Saturday Mornings
$50

This program is designed for brand new runners, or runners that are starting over again after an extended period of time. We will start with run/walk intervals. Over the course of the five weeks you will learn how to properly pace, execute proper running form, injury prevention techniques and how to progress your running safely and successfully.

 

 

Participants will receive a full training schedule for the five weeks and will have assigned workouts to do individually on the days we do not meet as a group.

2020 Beginner Running Class

On Wednesday nights, we will meet as a group for a short education session followed by a run.  The group will meet either at the Quarry store OR at the soccer fields in Olmos park.  You will receive an email with meet up instructions each week from the coach.
