Five week Course
Begins Wednesday, February 5: 7 pm - 8 pm
Two coached works each week
Wednesday nights and Saturday Mornings
This program is designed for brand new runners, or runners that are starting over again after an extended period of time. We will start with run/walk intervals. Over the course of the five weeks you will learn how to properly pace, execute proper running form, injury prevention techniques and how to progress your running safely and successfully.
Participants will receive a full training schedule for the five weeks and will have assigned workouts to do individually on the days we do not meet as a group.
