WalkStrong 5K and 10K - SPRING 2020

WalkStrong is perfect for those who aren't runners but still want to be active and fit by walking.  WalkStrong is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser to the advanced walker.  Supportive and trained mentors will help you adopt a regular walking routine and assist you along the way. You will be encouraged and prepared to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) or a 10K (6.2 miles) at the completion of the program.

This 10 week session includes 2 weekly organized and coached walks, a professionally developed daily training schedule, various pace group options, weekly educational/special guest discussions and a coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down.

*REQUIREMENTS: No experience required to join WalkStrong, just a water bottle and safety lights.

Our goal race is Run for the Pineapple 5K on May 25, 2020.  Race registration is NOT included in the program fee.
