Shamrock'n Half Marathon Training Team 2020
Train for a half-marathon with FFMP!
We'll host two team training runs each week (Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8 a.m.) as we build gradually to the 13.1 mile goal distance. Tuesdays are for skill and strength building; Saturdays are for building endurance.
You'll get a training plan to follow on your own the rest of the week.
