26.2 Miles - Spring 2020

Full (and Half) Marathon level is designed to help you maximize your commitment at the popular 26.2 mile (and 13.1 mile) distances. This is not a run/walk program. You should already be running at least 20 miles/week (Half) or 25 miles/week (Full) on your own when the program begins.



Group runs: Thurs. 5:45 pm & Sun. 8:00 am

Starts: Thurs. 2/27

Ends: 5/24
