13.1 Miles - Spring 2020

This is not an active group.

Half (and Full) Marathon level is designed to help you maximize your commitment at the popular 13.1 mile (and 26.2 mile) distances. This is not a run/walk program. You should already be running at least 20 miles/week (Half) or 25 miles/week (Full) on your own when the program begins.
