5K Beginner - Spring 2020

5K Beginners is a training program designed for new runners or individuals who wish to return to running after a running hiatus. We'll help you cross the finish line of a 5K race (3.1 miles) in just 10 weeks.


Group runs: Mon. 5:45 pm & Thurs. 5:45 pm

Starts: Mon. 3/9, at FLEET FEET Albany

Ends: 5/14

Coaches: Bill Marinello/Tom Jablonowski
