Whether you're running for the first time ever, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5K training group is specifically designed to get you there! Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals. Due to current COVID-19 guidelines, we are now offering this program online only. Our VIRTUAL spring season lasts 10 weeks with the first workout beginning on Saturday, April 4. This group trains for Fleet Feet Louisville's The Big Run, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.
