FitWalkers I - Spring
FitWalkers is the perfect first step on your way to a healthy lifestyle. A supportive coaching team will help the FitWalkers 1 adopt a regular fitness walking routine and assist you along the way. You will be encouraged and prepared to fitness walk a 5K at the completion of the training program. Participants must be able to walk .75 miles at a 20 minute/mile pace (approximately 15 minutes) and be prepared to increase time and distance weekly. Participants with significant medical concerns should check these criteria with a physician before starting the program.
Race registration and race fees are not included in training registration. Please remember to register for the race.
