Spring Full Marathon 20

Whether this is your first time attempting a half or full marathon or you’re a veteran of long distance running, let us help you cross the finish line! Our 14-week Spring Distance training program is designed to get you there injury-free and running happy! With a great coaching staff, Fleet Feet Seattle is ready to lead you in your training. The full marathon program is suited for runners who can comfortably run 7 miles at the start of the program, and the half for folks who are comfortable running 4 miles. You don’t have to train alone! Get all the benefits of training with a group while getting ready for your spring race.

Practices will be offered at both of our locations, Fleet Feet Seattle in Capitol Hill and Fleet Feet Ballard. The program will begin on March 4, 2020 and will take place every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 8:00 am until race day. The program is designed to lead up to the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll Marathon on Sunday, June 7, 2020.
