Walk Strong WINTER 2019

Walk Strong is the perfect first step on your way to a healthy lifestyle. Supportive and trained mentors will help you adopt a regular walking routine and assist you along the way. You will be encouraged and prepared to complete a 5K at the completion of the program.

This 10 week session includes 2 weekly organized and coached walks, a professionally developed daily training schedule, various pace group options, weekly educational/special guest discussions and a coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down.

*REQUIREMENTS: No experience required to join Walk Strong, just a water bottle and safety lights.

Our goal race is Fleet Feet Stuart's 14th Annual Run for Your Heart 5K/10K on February 8, 2020.  Race registration is NOT included in the program fee.
