10K Training WINTER 2019

10K Training is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. Along the way we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice. As well as educational clinics on topics like proper nutrition, choosing the right gear and avoiding injury.  10K = 6.2 miles

Must be able to comfortably run 2 miles with minimal walking intervals.  We offer the following paces:  Walking, Running, Walk/Run.

Goal Race is Fleet Feet Stuart's 14th Annual Run for Your Heart 5K/10K on February 8, 2020.  Race Registration is not included in the training fee.
