Fall 2019 Speed Sessions

Speed Sessions are back! 6 weeks of speed workouts designed to help you increase your speed and PR your next marathon or half-marathon! Suitable for beginner or experienced runners.  We will meet at 5:30am on Tuesday mornings for six weeks starting October 15th, at Lipscomb Academy Track.  Please arrive early to give yourself 10-15 minutes to warmup. We will begin our workout at 5:30am.
