Spring 5K Training 2020

Our 5K training group is a coached & organized program aimed at 1) those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run or walk for fitness and 2) those who have already successfully completed a 5K and wish to improve/continue their experience. Should you choose to participate in the goal event, it will be the Chisholm Trail 5K on March 22. This is a complete 9-week training program for walkers, run/walkers, and runners. No matter your pace, there is a place for you!
