2019 Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon Training

This is not an active group.

Train for one of the most popular races in Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon.  This program will be excellent for everyone from those looking to tackle the half marathon distance for the first time or those looking to improve their previous best.  The program will meet twice per week and will include not only training runs, but also education on key topics like injury prevention, hydration, nutrition and equipment.   To be successful, participants should be able to currently complete 3 to 5 miles continuously running or utilizing a run / walk interval.
