Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet in The Training Room between Fleet Feet Sports and Trek Bike Store each Thursday evening at 7:15 PM starting April 25th through June 26th. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. Come out and try a free 30 minute class on Thursday, April 18th at 7:15 PM. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Early bird registration of $85 is available through Thursday 4/18 Regular price of $100 applies after 4/18 Drop-ins welcome for $14 per class
