Core Run - Fleet Feet North Raleigh

Core Run is for the runner/walker that wants to maintain their fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Core run training will be a combination of speed, strength, and endurance.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Meets Tuesday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am
  • Tuesday workouts will focus on speed and strength
  • Saturday workouts will focus on endurance

Registration: $85. 

Start Date: Tuesday, April 9

Core Run Program includes:
Experienced Coaches and mentors who will guide and motivate you through each workout.
Organized group workouts.
Weekly email motivation, communication, and training tips.
Two weekly meet ups. Tuesday night at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am.
