Fleet Feet Mishawaka Tuesday Track Workout

Our weekly Tuesday Evening track workout at The Old St Joe Track is a fun and fast speed workout that will help you shave those precious seconds off of your miles. All skill levels and paces are welcome!

We'll host product demos, guest speakers and other fun themes throughout the year!


Our 2020 season will start on March 17th, 2020 and will run throughout the year until October 13th.

The workout will begin at 6:30 pm sharp and will average about 45 minutes long. You don't have to attend every week, just drop in on the weeks that you can. This is a casual, group workout.

The track workout is free and open to the public! Please register through Fitvil so that you sign our waiver before participating.
