Walk Strong SPRING 2019

Walk Strong is the perfect first step on your way to a healthy lifestyle. Supportive and trained mentors will help you adopt a regular walking routine and assist you along the way. You will be encouraged and prepared to complete a 5K at the completion of the program.

This 10 week session includes 2 weekly organized and coached walks, a professionally developed daily training schedule, various pace group options, weekly educational/special guest discussions and a coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down.

*REQUIREMENTS: No experience required to join Walk Strong, just a water bottle and safety lights.

Our goal race is the Run for the Pineapple 5K on May 27, 2019. Race registration is NOT included in the program fee.
