Spring Half Marathon 19
Whether this is your first time attempting a half or full marathon or you’re a veteran of long distance running, let us help you cross the finish line! Our 14-week Spring Distance training program is designed to get you there injury-free and running happy! With a great coaching staff, Fleet Feet Seattle is ready to lead you in your training. The full marathon program is suited for runners who can comfortably run 7 miles at the start of the program, and the half for folks who are comfortable running 4 miles. You don’t have to train alone! Get all the benefits of training with a group while getting ready for your spring race.
Practices start Wednesday, March 6 and will take place every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 8:00 am until race day. The program is designed to lead up to the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on June 9. More details about the Program Kick-Off Event will be coming soon!
